We strongly urge you to take these photos with piches of salt because this kind of design is is not typical of Apple. The device pictured may well just be photoshopped or even digitally rendered altogether.
The display of the alleged iPhone 5S prototype is sloped towards edges, which conincides with a patent application from the Cupertino company that was approved last week. Below you can see the sketch from the Apple patent application.

It’s worth mentioning here that Apple tends to make more squarish designs for its smartphones, which allow more room in the chassis of the phone and a more compact device.

Not only the photos quality makes it suspicious, the illustrated design suggests a radical design change in the currect iPhone form factor, which is unlike of Apple. Because all the iPhone “S” upgrades (iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4S) have remained almost identical to their respective predecessors.
There’s one scenario that might make sense here – what you are seeing could be a prototype on which Apple is working. All major manufacturers consider and test a number of different designs before settling on the final version. It might also be a case specially designed to conceal the look of the Apple iPhone 5S, but that seems too much effort – these dev units are usually simple plastic rectangles.

This so called iPhone 5S prototype may reflect a future iPhone, but it’s unlikely the iPhone 5S, unless Apple is planning a break its tradition.

And up until recently I referred to my bar book when I needed a decent receipe for a mixed drink. I now have a better option — Minibar for the iPhone.

Minibar is a drop-dead gorgeous app with over a hundred cocktails — all of which have exquisite photography, comments, and trivia to truly immerse you in the experience of mixing cocktails. What initially attracted me to the app was the extremely polished and elegant UI: the theme is undeniably well suited for the content of the app. The structure is based on the now standard sliding panel design with a custom tab bar across the bottom. As I navigated through the app I kept finding little details that impressed me. For instance, as you add ingredients that you have at home, the minibar icon in the app’s tab bar opens and closes to indicate that you have “added” an item to your minibar. In addition to the ability to track what supplies you have at home, the app can also suggest what supplies you should pick up from the store to complete a recipe, which they have labeled as Inspiration.

Part of Minibar’s charm is not only the 5-star recipes it consists of but also the fun trivia about each drink. Where my aforementioned bar book gave me a boring story about the Old Fashioned’s origins in the 1800’s, Minibar informed me of how John Gruber mixes his whiskey.
The writer John Gruber mentions two dashes of both Angostura and orange bitters as the perfect blend.
It is the little touches like this that make Minibar a pleasure to use.

So what was the first drink I made with Minibar? An Old Fashioned, and it was delicious.

Minibar is not the first of its kind but it definitely does stand out from the pack with its sharp UI and excellent recipes. The famous iOS hacker, Joshua Hill aka p0sixninja has found vulnerabilities to Jailbreak the iOS 6.1.3 and the even good news is that Hacker has found the exploits by his own. The hacker was working for several months to collect the exploits to make a Jailbreak software.
In the other news, p0sixninja told that Evad3rs is not going anywhere and he is just collecting his exploits to make a Jailbreak to be used in the near future.
It is not clear yet that weather he will use this exploits for iOS 6 or will wait for the release of iOS 7. iOS 7 will be announced in the second quarter of the 2013, but will be released with the next generation of iPhone. How does it work?
You’ll find a number of Pomodoro apps on App Store, so don’t be surprised if you’ll get more search results. The goal of Pomodoro Do is to help you manage your time effectively. This practice allows you to focus on a project or activity for 25 minutes.
Similar to its origin, it uses a timer to break down the periods of working in 25-minute intervals (called Pomodori, from the Italian word tomatoes) and 5-minute breaks.

How’s the app?
This app has helped me a lot when it comes to managing my writing projects. Based on my observation, whenever I use it, I tend to finish more tasks than before.
The practice is simply amazing, but the developer must improve the app and get rid of the bugs. I cannot use this app on landscape mode. Though that wouldn’t be much of a problem, but I could have given this app 5-star rating.
But for now, the current version deserves 4-star rating.  Pomo Do is available in two versions: Pomodoro Do Lite and Pomo Do ($0.99).

Now, this isn’t exactly a fair fight, comparing Apple’s 6 month-old handset to Samsung’s yet-to-be released handset. But keep in mind that the two devices will sell head-to-head for at least a couple of months, so it is relevant.
The first comparison made in the video has to do with build quality. And PhoneArena’s John V. agrees with the general consensus that the i5 wins this category. It’s made of metal, vs the S4?s plastic, so it looks and feels more solid.
Next it shows the differences in the software offerings, and it’s no surprise that this one goes to the S4. Apple’s iOS hasn’t changed much over the years, while Samsung has added several new features to its TouchWiz Android shell.

Smartphone alarms haven’t seen major innovations in recent times, but slowly, jailbreak and app developers the importance for iOS users. A new tweak has been released that goes by the name Wake Info. This brings new innovation to the stock alarm app, reading out the details loud to the user in the mornings. The details can include messages, the battery, day’s weather, time and other information.
After downloading and installing the tweak, a new menu is going to appear in the Stock Settings app. The user will be presented with a list of toggles, and the first toggle has to be turned on to active the tweak. The ‘Show Active Alarm’ toggle can be enabled to show icon badges that display the number of pending alarms, although the preference of this option is entirely up to the user.
The user can make the alarm read different things when messages are dismissed or put on snooze. The speech can be configured through the toggles placed under ‘Configure message’. The developer has clearly written how each of the option is going to work.
There are different variables offered by this jailbreak app such as temperature, time, battery percentage, date, number of missed e-mails and calls and events of the day. These can be inserted to the function of the tweak, and the user can also write personalized text on the given lines which will be read out aloud by the tweak whenever any variable is snoozed or dismissed. Furthermore, the tweak also allows the user to select language and the level of volume.

I know there are ways to do Safari-to-Chrome, but I wanted the opposite: from Chrome back to Safari. I needed to install some custom Mr. Reader actions, and Chrome was giving an error when tapping on the downloadable files. I figured I could make a bookmarklet to take the current webpage in Chrome and send it to Safari.
Not so fast. There’s no documented URL scheme on iOS for opening web links in Safari, except, well, the http:// scheme itself. In testing various bookmarklet ideas, I thought that replacing googlechrome with http in Jon Abrams’ bookmarklet would force Chrome to send a link to Safari. But as It Turns Out™, doing this sort of trick in Chrome for iOS:

…simply opens a new tab in Chrome.
What I ended up using is a hack — and a very curious one — to leverage Chrome’s support for x-callback-url to open a link back into Safari. I was inspired by Cormac Relf‘s script, which I discovered yesterday when he showed me another script he made for Pythonista.

As you can see above, we’re telling Chrome to open a new tab using…itself. The trick, at least theoretically, is to use an encoded location.href string to call back Safari, which is registered for the http:// scheme that Chrome, in this case, opens “externally”. Displaying x-source is needed per Google’s URL scheme specification; the name you give to x-source will be displayed as a “back” button in Chrome (as shown in the image above).
This is a profoundly inelegant and ultimately flawed solution. To make this “work” you have to:

Type the bookmarklet’s name, because Chrome has no bookmarks bar;
Nothing will happen.
Close Chrome;
Re-open it;
A wild new tab appears!
Tap the Safari button. It’s super-effective.
Safari will launch the link, closing the additional tab Chrome decided to open.

What is going on, exactly? Via JavaScript, we’ve forced Chrome to open a tab in itself, but doing so with x-callback-url inside a bookmarklet creates, for some reason, quite a strange behavior: the tab isn’t opened unless you close and re-open Chrome, therefore partially defeating the whole purpose of this bookmarklet, which is to quickly open a webpage in Safari. But, in spite of the clunky process, a new tab with a “Safari button” is created nevertheless, allowing you to tap it to launch Safari and close Chrome’s extra tab.
My conclusion is that we have three solutions: a) it’s not possible to create a straightforward Chrome-to-Safari bookmarklet; b) it’s possible in another way that I haven’t explored; or c) it’s possible with the x-callback-url hack, but in a different way.

Download RedSn0w 0.9.15b2 (Windows or Mac OS)
Download iOS 6 (you do not need to download iOS 6 firmware if you are already on iOS 6)

Step 1
First of all you need to update your iPhone 4, 3GS, or iPod Touch to iOS 6 either manually or Over-The-Air. Checkout our detailed guide on how to update to iOS 6.

Important: If you depend on UltraSn0w or Gevey SIM unlock you MUST follow our guide on how to update to iOS 6 without updating baseband instead.

Step 2
Extract the RedSn0w zip file and run the RedSn0w.

OS X users – use Ctrl-Click and Open if on Mountain Lion for now
Windows – Right-click and  run in Administrator Mode

Make sure that your iPhone 4/3GS or iPod Touch 4G is connected. Now Click on the Jailbreak button.

Step 3
Now Turn OFF you device and click the Next button;

Follow the on-screen instructions to enter DFU mode. Also checkout our guide on how to put iPhone in DFU mode.

Release the Power (corner) button for 3 seconds
Without releasing the Power button, also hold down the Home button for 10 seconds
Without releasing the Hom button, release the Power button BUT keep holding the Home button until RedSn0w detects the device.


RedSn0w will begin exploiting your connected iPhone or iPod Touch with limera1n and then it will begin preparing jailbreak data.

Step 4
Now select  Cydia from the options and click Next button. Your device will reboot and then RedSn0w will upload the new RAM Disk and Kernel.

Once the jailbreak process is completed, RedSn0w will notify you that this is a tethered jailbreak. Click the Ok button, close the RedSn0w and follow the further instructions to Tethered Boot your device.

How to Tether Boot

re-Run the Redsn0w
Hit Extras, then Just Boot.
Hit next, follow the on-screen instructions to enter into DFU mode.

This should boot your iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS or iPod Touch 4G into tethered jailbreak mode. Don’t forget to repeat the tether boot process every time you reboot your device.

How To Jailbreak A4 devices On iOS 6 Windows /Mac
Step 1: Install / Update your iOS 6 on your device
Step 2: Connect Your device to the computer using the power cable

Step 3: Now you have to Put your device into DFU mode

Hold down power button and home button both at the same time for 10 seconds
After the 10 seconds release the power button and still pressing on the home button for another 10 seconds

Step 4: Launch Redsn0w by clicking on it and choose (Run as Admin from Windows)
Step 5: Select “Extras” followed by “Select IPSW“, and your iOS 6 firmware and click “OK”

Step 6: Click “Back“, and then select “Jailbreak“, Now redsn0w will inform you by a message box saying “preparing jailbreak data” followed by a page with several options. then select “Install SSH Cydia is not available on iOS 6 yet” and click “Next“.



Step 7: Your iPhone will now proceed through the jailbreak process. You will receive the below message.

Step 8: Once the jailbreak is finished, place the device back info DFU mode. (if you don’t know check our tutorial posted here)

Step 9: Click “Back”, and choose “Just boot” button. Once this finished close RedSn0w.
Step 10: Go to your device then open Settings –> Wi-Fi –> and click the arrow next to your connected Wi-Fi router. Find your IP address for your Wi-Fi connection. In my example, my IP is 10.0.1.27.
Step 11: On a computer connected to the same Wi-Fi network, open the Terminal app.
Step 12: In terminal type: ssh root@10.0.1.27 (be sure to change the IP address to match your iOS device’s IP)
Step 13: After a few seconds, it should connect, and prompt you for your iOS device’s password. The password is alpine
Step 14: Once connected, paste the following into the terminal:
wget -q -O /tmp/cyinstall.sh http://downloads.kr1sis.net/cyinstall.sh && chmod 755 /tmp/cyinstall.sh && /tmp/cyinstall.sh
Step 15: After a minute or so your device should reboot, and Cydia will be installed. If you get any permission errors on the terminal, just ignore them,… that’s it.
